We spent New Years Eve with my family this year. It was a lot of fun. We had pizza, little smokies, meatballs, cheese ball and crackers, and lots more yummy food. We also had a little talent show where Tegan sang a couple songs (she even wrote one of the songs herself!), Dylan put on a magic show, Mia sang and danced for us (she made up a song called Wonderland and think I laughed so hard I almost peed my pants), and Samantha played the flute. After the talent show we had a little auction. We used life money and bid on items like candy, pop, gag gifts, etc. Everyone got involved and it was so much fun. I think the highlight of the auction was with Dylan. There were some items that you could see and others that were hidden. Well we were bidding on something that was hidden and Dylan just kept bidding and bidding. Well he won the item and guess what it was...it was a stale rice krispie treat. It was as hard as a rock. He was so mad! Well he made a deal with grandpa and grandpa bought the stale rice krispie treat from him so he could have some money to spend on the rest of the auction! Fun times. Happy New Year to everyone. I hope that the year 2011 will be great for everyone!
